These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Gallerybound application and this website. By using Gallerybound, you agree to these terms.

Using Gallerybound

Gallerybound provides tools for composing, adjusting, and exporting photographs for art TVs and gallery displays. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, edit, and display any image you select.

Your content

You retain ownership of your photographs and exported images. Gallerybound does not claim ownership of your content. Photo processing occurs on your device, and the app does not upload your photographs to a developer-operated server.

License

Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gallerybound on supported Apple devices that you own or control.

Display compatibility

Display support, transfer methods, available resolutions, color reproduction, and software behavior can vary by television model, device, region, and software version. Gallerybound cannot guarantee identical appearance on every display.

No affiliation

Gallerybound is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung. Samsung and The Frame are trademarks of their respective owner. Other company and product names belong to their respective owners.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

Gallerybound is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Gallerybound. Always keep copies of important original photographs.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Gallerybound evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means the revised terms apply.
